After asking Brad for assistance in evaluating my rental property, I was impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism. He listened to my concerns and then sought information and provided me information in addressing each of the concerns I had. He made numerous inquiries of realtors, the county assessor’s office, property management companies and others to gather information. He presented me with a complete picture of the state of my property. He assessed the current state of the property and provided many suggestions and ideas as to how to make the property profitable. The information he supplied concerned taxes, rents, addressing renters, property management companies, and possibly refinancing the property. I found working with Brad to be a positive and educational experience. He imparted many insights and words of wisdom to help improve the circumstances of my property.
